Four boxes, one per supplier. Each has room for the supplier’s name, website or phone, what you buy there, your account or last order number, how long their orders take to arrive, and notes such as minimum orders or what to reorder next.
Why keep a supplier list
Candle making depends on a handful of exact products. A wick size is only right for one wax and one jar width, and a fragrance oil’s limit and notes belong to that one oil from that one supplier. Writing down where each one came from means you can buy the same thing again — and notice quickly when a product changes or disappears.
When a supplier changes a wax or an oil, treat it as a new candle and burn test it again. The burn test guide explains why.
Keep a second option in mind
Suppliers sell out, change a product or close. Next to each must-have item, note one other place that sells something close — and remember that a different wax or oil is a new candle that needs its own burn test before you sell it.
Print one per supplier type
Some makers keep one sheet for wax and wicks and another for fragrance oils and jars. Print as many as you need.
