How to use these instructions

Copy the text that matches your product onto your own care cards, labels, product listings or website. Each one below has its own Copy button, and the PDF holds all three, one per page.

If your candle needs a shorter burn time than four hours, write it on the candle — the instructions tell your customer to follow the shorter time shown.

Soy-Heavy Wax Candle Care

Before each burn
Trim the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm). Remove wick trimmings and debris.

The first few burns
Avoid repeated short burns. Give the melted wax time to spread toward the edges without exceeding the burn limit. A small rim of wax during the first few burns can be normal.

Burn time
Burn no longer than 4 hours, or the shorter time shown on your candle.

About your wax
Frosting or an uneven surface after cooling can be normal for soy-heavy wax blends.

Between burns
Let the candle cool completely before handling or relighting. Store away from heat and direct sunlight.

Burn safely
Always burn within sight on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep away from drafts, children, pets and anything that can catch fire.

When to stop
Stop using when ½ inch (13 mm) of wax remains. Never extinguish with water.

Coconut-Heavy Wax Candle Care

Before each burn
Trim the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm). Remove wick trimmings and debris.

The first few burns
You don’t need an edge-to-edge melt pool. A little wax remaining on the sides is normal for this coconut-rich blend and should gradually melt down as the candle burns lower. Never extend a burn to force the edges to melt.

Burn time
Burn no longer than 4 hours, or the shorter time shown on your candle.

About your wax
This soft wax blend is sensitive to warmth. Store upright, away from heat and direct sunlight. Never leave it in a hot car.

Wax Melt Care

Using your melts
Remove all packaging before placing wax in the warmer dish. Use a tealight warmer designed for wax melts or a UL-listed electric wax warmer. Follow its instructions for wax quantity and operating time.

Don’t overfill
Leave room for the wax to melt. Never add water or fragrance oil. Never light the wax directly or heat it on a stovetop.

Enjoy safely
Never leave a warmer unattended while in use. Place it on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area, away from drafts and flammable materials.

Keep out of reach
Keep wax and warmers away from children and pets. Wax melts are not edible.

After use
Switch off the warmer or extinguish the tealight. Allow the warmer and wax to cool completely before handling or moving.

Refresh your wax
Replace when the scent fades. Remove used wax according to your warmer’s instructions. Put hardened wax in the trash—never down a drain.

Store with care
Keep unused melts in their packaging in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

Why soy, coconut and melts each get their own

Soy-heavy and coconut-heavy waxes behave differently in the jar, and wax melts have no wick at all — they are warmed in a warmer, never lit. So each has its own instructions instead of one shared card.
